Press Release 6/15/06

Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX) is sweeping the nation looking for outdated nonprofit offices in dire need of a productivity refresh and a spruced-up environment. The winners of Xerox's 'Helping Hands' Office Makeover Contest will receive design, document technology, and décor upgrades aimed at making the organizations more efficient.

'Many small but vitally important nonprofits are struggling to serve their communities while keeping up with their own office needs,' said Donna Wittmann, vice president, Small and Medium Business for Xerox North America. 'This contest will provide organizations with the necessary tools to help them be even more effective in their work. It will also demonstrate how small changes in technology can result in big changes in productivity.'

Xerox will hold contests in four cities to find the most obsolete nonprofit offices. Entries will be accepted during a three-week period in each city:"
